Dinking around Paria, Lees Ferry & Navajo Bridge

We created a rough-hewn dink around net in early May  so that we could rig it up near Paria Beach.  We wanted to dink around on Paria Beach itself but there was a wedding going on there.  We had to tie the net into the rocks near Paria Riffle and keep the ball in the air.  Tough dink duty for sure!
Then we went to dink around at the Lees Ferry river runner ramp.  Susun had to recruit these two guys to hold up the net since there was nothing to tie it to.  You should have seen some of the "looks" we received while we were dinking around.
Finally, we went to dink around on the orifinal Navajo Bridge was was built back in the 1920's.  We had to be VERY careful so the ball wouldn't go over the railing and drop over 400 feet to the river below.  That would be littering and we would have maybe got a ticket.  The tourists seemed to enjoy hold the net.

Now that we  have a free-standing net to dink around with, the sky's limit!
